Dear Reader

I compose and post these articles with only one desire in my heart: to praise God and to offer modest help on your spiritual journey.

Rex Aeternus

Like a beggar I come to you

King of kings divine, pantokrator, Lord of all.

Your Throne I see, in tremor is a cross,

Your crown is made of huge, long thorns,

Your scepter is a cane of reed,

Forehead wounded, Heart split, hands and feet, all bleed

Your royal, crimson, vestment,

Majestic symbol of your suffering.

Savior of the world, dying on Calvary,

Lovingly reigning now in your unending glory.

Eternal King, I beg you, have mercy on my soul

Have mercy on me!
